Tina Louanne Prater, age 59, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away August 28, 2026. She was born November 3, 1966 to Theodore Anthony Kopczynki and Linda Modean Desheles in Nashville, TN.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Kathleen McCormick; and her father-in-law, Wilgus Prater.

She is survived by her husband, Doug Prater; her mother, Linda Modean Kopczynki; her daughter, Alyssa Maidlow (Joseph Beaty); her sons, Dallas Kopczynki (Sara Winter) and Dylan Fortner; her step-sons, Allen Prater and Douglas D Prater; her brothers, Timothy Kopczynki, and Brian Kopczynki; his sister, Mindy Weeks; as well as one grandchild, Ronan Winter.

Funeral services for Mrs. Prater will be conducted on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, September 3rd from 1PM till 8PM and again on Friday, September 4th from 10AM till service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
