Tommy Allen Summers, age 57, passed away on February 8th 2026 surrounded by family and friends. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a proud grandfather whose greatest joy was his family.
Born on July 14, 1968 in Gallatin, Tennessee, Tommy lived a life defined by dedication, humility, and love. He shared a deep and enduring bond with his wife, Crystal Lee Summers, who preceded him in death just 9 months earlier. Their marriage was built on commitment, partnership, and unconditional love, and her passing left a profound emptiness in his life.
As a father and grandfather, Tommy was patient, protective, and deeply proud. He cherished time spent with his grandchildren and niece Natalie and took great joy in watching them grow, always offering a steady hand, a listening ear, and unconditional love. He led by example, showing his family the importance of loyalty, hard work, and kindness. He loved attending every sports event and always sat first row cheering them on.
He is survived by his children, Anthony Miller (Hollie), Lindsey Odell (Bryan); his grandchildren, Bailey, Nolan, Mallie and Everlee Miller; His Parents, Leslie and Wanda Summers; his Sister Janice Carter (Wayne); Nieces and Nephews; Jeremy Carter (Melissa), Tabitha Kirkham (Leon), Cody Summers, Alexis Carter and Great Nieces and Nephews; Natalie Pike, Kaleb Matthews, Kayden Kirkham. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Crystal Summers, Brother Johnny Summers and Uncles Lester and Melvin Summers.
Though deeply missed, his family finds comfort in knowing he is now reunited with the love of his life. His legacy lives on through his children and grandchildren, and the values he so faithfully passed down.
Funeral services for Mr. Summers will be conducted on Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Siloam Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 12th from 9AM till service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family request you make donations to the funeral expenses at Woodard Funeral Home.
The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one. "Serving you as we would like to be served."
