Funeral services for Mr. Horn. will be held Friday, October 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with  Bro. Don Watts officiating.  Interment will follow in Bethpage Lower Cemetery.

Visitation will be:  Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Friday, October 26, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home
