Funeral services for Bill Troutt will be held Monday, January 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM from Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
Visitation will be: Sunday, January 22, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and on Monday from 9am til service time at 2pm
