William Earl Brummitt

William Earl Brummitt, 79, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021. He was born on June 7, 1941 in Amandaville, KY.

He worked and retired from the Sumner County Highway Department.

Mr. Brummitt was preceded in death by his parents, Gilliam and Tildy Pelston Brummitt.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Merle Brummitt; his daughter, Tina Cox; his granddaughter, Jennifer Cox; his brother, Rob Brummitt; and his sister, Elizabeth Gilbert.

There will be a visitation with no service on Saturday, June 5, from 12:00 until 2:00 PM.
