Mr. David Lannie Bennett, age 76, of Bethpage passed away at his home January 6, 2021.

David is survived by his wife, Sarah L. (Allen) Bennett; his children, Shelia Diane Bennett, David L. Bennett Jr., and Kim Agee; his grandchildren, Steven Michael Bennett, Jacob Cole Bennett, & Hunter Mackenzie; great grandchildren, Ethan Ray Graham; and brother Bud Bennett.

Mr. Bennett was preceded in death by his parents; Douglas Bennett and Betty Gertrude Proctor (Carter); brother, Barry Wilson Bennett; and sister, Vicky Bennett.

The Bennett family will receive friends Friday, January 8, 1:00 PM- 8:00 PM, at Woodard Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at Woodard Funeral Home Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 11AM

Burial will follow at Dixon Springs Cemetery, in Smith County.

Minister Stanley Carter will be officiating.
